This program focuses on offering free laser tattoo removal services for Ventura County residents. It is specifically designed for individuals with tattoos on the face, hands, or arms that are associated with gang activity, human trafficking, or that hinder employment and negatively impact personal well-being. Services are provided by appointment only, with priority given to referrals from our partnering agencies, including Probation, the District Attorney, Public Defender, HSA and Ventura Training Center.
