Peter Marcus serves the community as the President and CEO for Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. An accomplished leader, Pete leads the organization through innovation and passion in order to make a positive impact in the local community. He has worked at Goodwill since February 2014. Prior to Goodwill he spent time at the County of Ventura, Salem Media Group, and launched a start-up company.

Pete is a local guy who cares about his community. He was born and raised in Ventura County. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University Northridge, and a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Channel Islands.

Outside of the office, Pete can be seen coaching youth sports, donating time to help other local non-profits and helping the community with his volunteer efforts through the local Rotary club.
